We hold the authority to delete any material from DailyThoughts at our discretion and without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to allegations of your content breaching these Terms.

Liability Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, under no circumstances will DailyThoughts, its licensors, or suppliers be accountable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages exceeding the greater of (1) $50 or (2) the total payments made by you to us in connection with DailyThoughts during the twelve-month period prior to the claim.
